For years, I struggled with epilepsy, insulin resistance, PCOS, PMS, anxiety, and chronic inflammation—despite “doing everything right.” Meds helped manage symptoms, but I knew there had to be more than just coping.
So I went looking for answers.
By diving into nutrition, blood sugar regulation, hormones, gut health, and metabolic science, I learned how to support my body instead of fight it. That shift changed everything—healing insulin resistance and PCOS, regulating my cycle, calming anxiety, and dramatically reducing my epilepsy medications under medical supervision.
